Do you remember Alice Cullen in Twilight? Well, Ashley Greene has been a mom since September 2022, and she recently revealed how difficult it was to shoot her first film after the birth of her daughter, Kingsley.
🎥 Back on set 6 months after giving birth
At only six months postpartum, Ashley returned to an intense shoot: the horror film It Feeds, in which she plays a mother, Cynthia.
Between nursing, pumping on set, and endless days, she admitted to Us Weekly that juggling between her acting life and being a young mom hasn’t been easy:
“My hormones were everywhere, I had to go home to take care of my baby, while trying to stay focused on the role… It was really a challenge.”
But Ashley also explained that she was able to transform her difficulties into strength, drawing from her own experiences to enrich her character. The result? One of her projects of which she is most proud.
💪 Sports as post-baby therapy
On the wellness side, Ashley has already mentioned her return to sports after giving birth. She preferred to take it slow, respecting her body:
- No rush after the 8 weeks medically advised ⏳
- Rest is priority, to avoid injuries 🙏
- Now, she trains about 5 times a week, adjusting her sessions according to the needs of her little Kingsley.
For her, sports are not just about physical fitness, but mainly about Mental health and female empowerment.
